Learn the Principles and Elements of Design: Value, Line, Colour, Shape, Emphasis, Space, Rhythm, Motion, Light, Balance and Surface.
Composition before you begin painting is very important. Learning how to paint a value sketch before you add colour, learning the colour wheel and what colours to choose for your painting de-mystified. How to paint dramatic light so your painting will “pop”. Know what to leave out of your photo reference for enhanced balance to your painting or what needs to be added and Why? Learning how to mix colour and use a reduced colour palette for more unity and harmony in your paintings. And so much more...
Cost: 1-3 participants is $250p.p. for 12 hours of instruction/painting...includes supplies
